Huawei has officially opened sales of the new WIKO Hi Enjoy 80 Plus smartphone, bringing a mix of AI-powered features, long battery life, and competitive pricing to budget-conscious consumers. The device is now available through China’s major e-commerce platform JD Mall, following its recent announcement.

The launch highlights Huawei’s continued push to expand its smartphone ecosystem through partner brands, offering feature-rich devices at accessible price points while maintaining a strong focus on software intelligence and security.

Pricing, Storage Options, and Colors

The WIKO Hi Enjoy 80 Plus is available in two storage configurations, both paired with 12GB of RAM. Buyers can choose between a 256GB or 512GB internal storage option, making the device suitable for users who need ample space for apps, photos, and videos.

Pricing has been set competitively, with the 12GB + 256GB model priced at 1,499 yuan, while the higher-capacity 12GB + 512GB variant costs 1,699 yuan. This positioning places the phone firmly in the value-for-money segment.

In terms of design variety, the device comes in three color options: Midnight Black, Elegant Green, and Pearl White. These finishes cater to both minimalist tastes and users looking for a more distinctive look.

Display and Design Highlights

One of the standout features of the WIKO Hi Enjoy 80 Plus is its large 6.67-inch display. The panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth scrolling and fluid animations, while a peak brightness of up to 1,000 nits improves outdoor visibility.

The front design adopts a flat screen with a small punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, giving the device a clean and modern appearance. On the back, the phone features two prominent circular camera rings, adding a bold visual identity that aligns with current smartphone design trends.

A notable hardware addition is the customizable X key located on the side of the device. This physical button can be programmed to perform specific actions, allowing users to launch apps or trigger functions instantly without unlocking the phone.

Camera Capabilities

The WIKO Hi Enjoy 80 Plus focuses on simplicity and practicality in its camera setup. It is equipped with a 50-megapixel main rear camera designed to handle everyday photography needs, from casual snapshots to social media content.

On the front, an 8-megapixel selfie camera manages video calls and self-portraits. While the camera system is not aimed at flagship-level photography, it offers reliable performance for users prioritizing affordability and basic imaging features.

Battery Life and Charging

Battery capacity is a major strength of the Hi Enjoy 80 Plus. The device houses a large 6,620mAh battery, which is designed to comfortably last through a full day of heavy usage and even extend into a second day for lighter users.

To complement the large battery, the phone supports 40W fast charging. This allows users to quickly top up power and reduce downtime, a key advantage for those who rely heavily on their devices throughout the day.

HarmonyOS Features and AI Security

The smartphone runs on HarmonyOS-based software features, bringing Huawei’s ecosystem experience to the device. Users gain access to interactive themes, built-in games, and a suite of privacy and security tools designed to protect personal data.

One of the most notable software additions is the AI-powered fraud call detection feature. This system is designed to identify and block suspected scam calls before they reach the user, addressing a growing concern around phone-based fraud. The feature reflects Huawei’s broader emphasis on using artificial intelligence to enhance everyday smartphone security.

Availability and Market Position

The WIKO Hi Enjoy 80 Plus is currently available for purchase through JD Mall, where early buyers may find promotional offers or discounts depending on availability. Its combination of high RAM, large battery, smooth display, and AI security tools makes it an attractive option in the mid-range smartphone segment.

By offering advanced software features and practical hardware at a competitive price, Huawei and its WIKO partner brand continue to target users who want modern smartphone capabilities without paying premium flagship prices.

What the WIKO Hi Enjoy 80 Plus Brings to Users

Overall, the Huawei WIKO Hi Enjoy 80 Plus positions itself as a well-rounded smartphone focused on endurance, smooth performance, and intelligent security. While it does not aim to compete with high-end flagship devices, it delivers strong value through thoughtful features such as the customizable X key, AI fraud protection, and a high-refresh-rate display.

As Huawei continues to expand its ecosystem-driven approach, devices like the Hi Enjoy 80 Plus show how software intelligence and practical hardware can combine to meet everyday user needs in an increasingly competitive smartphone market.
