Huawei Services (Hong Kong) Co., Limited has received the “Outstanding Gold Award” at the Privacy-Friendly Awards 2025—a ceremony hosted by the Hong Kong Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD). Strict Evaluation Criteria
The PCPD evaluated 157 organizations, both public and private, across five key Privacy Protection Measures. Based on the level of compliance, awards were given in four tiers:
- Outstanding Gold Award (Highest Level)
- Gold Award
- Silver Award
- Bronze Award
Huawei was one of only 12 recipients to achieve the highest-tier “Outstanding Gold Award”—highlighting its elite status among regional and global competitors.

- Implementation of a Privacy Management System (PMS)
- Robust procedures for detecting and handling data breaches
- Regular simulation drills to test privacy protocols
